Optical Brighteners (OBAs) are specialized chemical agents used to enhance the whiteness and brilliance of textile fibers. These agents function by absorbing light in the ultraviolet and violet region and re-emitting light in the blue region, effectively masking the natural yellowish tint of raw fibers.
